NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Coaldale, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, proposes to enact the following Ordinance at a meeting of such Council to be duly called and duly held not less than seven (7) days nor more than sixty (60) days after the publication of this Notice. AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF COALDALE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, AMENDING ORDINANCE 2006-10, PROVIDING FOR THE IDENTIFICATION AND REMOVAL OF ABANDONED AND JUNKED VEHICLES WITHIN THE BOROUGH LIMITS, AND HEREINAFTER KNOWN AS THE COALDALE BOROUGH ABANDONED AND JUNKED VEHICLE ORDINANCE The Borough Council of Coaldale proposes to adopt an ordinance amending the Borough Ordinance entitled "Abandoned and Junked Vehicle" for the Borough of Coaldale specifically pertaining to the penalty portion thereof and increasing the penalties for violation thereof.
