NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Palmerton Borough Council will hold a Public Hearing on a proposed change to the Palmerton Zoning Ordinance on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at the Palmerton Borough Hall, 443 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton, Pennsylvania. The hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time. Upon completion of the hearing, the Palmerton Borough Council will consider adoption and enactment of proposed Ordinance 790, a summary of which appears below: AN ORDINANCE OF THE PALMERTON BOROUGH COUNCIL, PENNSYLVANIA, TO AMEND THE PALMERTON BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE TO DEFINE AND ADD SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR DATA CENTERS AND DATA CENTER ACCESSORY USES. Notice is hereby given that the Lower Macungie Township Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on June 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062, regarding a request to vacate a portion of the Township road known as Locust Lane. The hearing is being held pursuant to the First Class Township Code at 53 P.S. § 57007.
