LEGAL NOTICE: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Kidder, County of Carbon, Pennsylvania, intend to present an amendment to Ordinance No. 194, Chapter 157, Article VI of the Code of Kidder Township adjusting the Eligibility Period to qualify for the tax credits as established. This Ordinance will be considered for approval at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Kidder to be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Kidder Township Municipal Building, State Route 1003, PO Box 576, Lake Harmony, PA 18624.
