REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – MUNICIPAL SOLICITOR
The Borough of Alburtis is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms and/or attorneys interested in providing Municipal Solicitor services to the Borough of Alburtis for the term beginning January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029.
The selected Municipal Solicitor will provide general legal services to the Borough, including, but not limited to, legal advice and representation concerning Borough ordinances, resolutions, contracts, policies, personnel matters, municipal operations, litigation, land use and zoning matters, and other legal matters as requested by Borough Council and Borough administration.
Interested proposers may obtain a complete copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Municipal Solicitor from the Borough of Alburtis by contacting the Borough Office at (610) 966-4777 or by emailing the Borough Manager at snemeth@alburtis.org
