The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority is soliciting responses from Contractors that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit sealed proposals for the cooling tower replacement project at Lehigh Valley International Airport. The Authority will respond to questions via in a timely manner. Proposals MUST be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2026 via www.PennBid.net. The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, re-advertise or award the contract in a manner determined solely by the Authority to be in its best interest.
