1. The application of Lehighton Life LLC regarding Gypsy Hill Road & Mahoning Drive East, Lehighton. The applicant seeks Conditional Use approval from the Lehighton Borough Council to construct a senior daycare center per Section 218-16 "Schedule of Development Standards" in the Lehighton Zoning Ordinance. The subject property is located in the R-1 Zoning District.
2. The application of Robert & Tara Crow regarding 228 North 7th Street, Lehighton.
