LEHIGH VALLEY TRANSPORTATION STUDY (LVTS)
NOVEMBER MEETINGS
The LVTS Technical Committee will meet for a workshop on the project list for the Metropolitan Transportation Plan at 9 AM on Nov 3. This meeting will be held in-person at 615 Waterfront Dr, Suite 201, Allentown, PA 18102. The previously advertised Nov 18 meeting will now be held in person at the same address. The LEHIGH VALLEY TRANSPORTATION STUDY (MPO) is committed to compliance with nondiscrimination requirements of civil rights statutes, executive orders, regulations and policies applicable to the programs and activities it administers. Accordingly, the MPO is dedicated to ensuring that program beneficiaries receive public participation opportunities without regard to race, color, national origin, religious creed, sex, age, disability or economic status. LVPC's website, www.lvpc.org, may be translated into multiple languages. Publications and other public documents can be made available in non-English languages and alternative formats, if requested. Meeting facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities and the location is reachable by public transit. Notice is hereby given pursuant to City of Bethlehem Resolution No. 2026-065 that a request for intermunicipal transfer of liquor license has been filed with the City of Bethlehem for the transfer of a restaurant liquor license to property located at 413 E. 3rd Street, City of Bethlehem, County of Northampton, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The request was filed on behalf of Gateway Licensee, LLC, 413 E. 3rd Street, City of Bethlehem, County of Northampton, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
