NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of North Catasauqua will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 19th, 2026 at 5:30 PM in Borough Hall located at 1066 Fourth Street, North Catasauqua, PA 18032. The subject of the hearing will be: APPEAL No. 2026-07. The Applicant, ARW Holdings, LLC, will appear before the Borough of North Catasauqua Zoning Hearing Board to appeal the denial of a zoning permit for a property located at 1425 Howertown Road in the R-1 Zoning District. The applicant seeks to demolish the existing single-family home and construct a residential conversion on the site pursuant to Zoning Ordinance § 906, which may only be permitted by special exception under Zoning Ordinance § 401-1.3 and Article 13, §1301, R-9. The Applicant also requests a variance from § 1301, R-9(3), of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a front-yard setback of 7.7 feet instead of the required 25 feet. The existing dwelling has a front-yard setback of 5.8 feet The Applicant and/or their representatives shall attend said hearing and present testimony.
