NOTICE IS GIVEN, that the Council of the Borough of Summit Hill, Carbon County, Pennsylvania, proposes to consider the adoption of, and if appropriate, to enact ordinances amending Chapters 224 and 450 of the Code of the Borough of Summit Hill at its public meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m. on November 10, 2026 at Summit Hill Borough Hall, 40 West Amidon Street, Summit Hill, Pennsylvania 18250, or at any subsequent meeting(s) of Borough Council, which is not less than seven (7) days nor more than sixty (60) days after the date of publication of this notice. The proposed Chapter 224 amendment authorizes municipal fees and allows Council to modify fee schedules by resolution. The proposed Chapter 450 amendment establishes seasonal street dumpster restrictions and sets fines for snow emergency and street sweeping parking violations.
