The regular monthly meeting of the Hanover Township Lehigh County Zoning Hearing Board will be held on September 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Public Meeting Room of the Municipal Building, at 2202 Grove Road, Allentown, PA 18109, to hear the following appeal.
APPEAL # 2025-05- - ABR Realty, LLC, 159 Liberty Street, Metuchen, NJ 08804. Location: 795 Roble Road, Allentown, PA 18109, PIN 640853488932, the subject property is located in the PIO - Planned Industrial Office Zoning District. Applicant is requesting a Special Exception to section 27-521.3, Table 3.1 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding a monopole for a cellular/ wireless communications pole. The Application proposes to move/relocate an existing cellular/wireless communications pole that is currently on the roof of the existing building.
