CITY OF BETHLEHEM. 2026 BUDGET MEETING SCHEDULE. NOTICE is hereby given that the Bethlehem City Council will conduct meetings on the Proposed 2025 City Budget on the following dates at 6:00 PM in Town Hall, 10 East Church Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018: Monday, November 10, 2025 (first budget meeting); Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (second budget meeting); Thursday, November 20, 2025 (third budget meeting); Thursday, December 4, 2025 (if necessary); and Monday, November 24, 2025 (if necessary).
First Reading of the 2026 Budget Ordinances is scheduled on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall. Final Reading/Enactment of the 2026 Budget Ordinances is scheduled on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 PM in Town Hall.
The Proposed 2026 Budget and Budget Ordinances will be available for review beginning November 10, 2025 in the Office of the City Clerk, Room B212, City Hall, 10 East Church Street, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

SECTION 001113 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School is soliciting sealed bids for the Columbia Street Building Renovation ("Project") in the form of MULTIPLE prime lump sum contract(s).
Sealed Bids shall be delivered to Adam Lazarchak, Bethlehem Area Vocational Technical School, 3300 Chester Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18020 no later than 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at the Factory Building, 315 Columbia Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Representatives of the Project Engineer (CHA) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts:
Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction
Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction
Electronic Contract Documents: To Bid the Project, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by contacting dei@chasolutions.com. Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Checks or money orders shall be made payable to "CHA" and mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: the contract(s) you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address.
