NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PTM Tech, INC., a Pennsylvania business corporation, having its principal office at 3338 Park Road, Bethlehem, PA 18020, intends to file Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended, and that the said corporation is winding up its affairs in the manner prescribed by said law, so that its corporate existence shall be terminated upon the filing of the Articles of Dissolution with the Department of State. All creditors and claimants of the corporation desiring to make a claim must present any claims in writing within sixty (60) days of the date of this notice to Santanasto Law, 210 E. Broad Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018, and include sufficient information to inform the corporation of the identity of the claimant and substance of the claim. MUNICIPAL ADVERTISEMENT BOROUGH OF NORTH CATASAUQUA Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of North Catasauqua will conduct a public hearing and consider the adoption of the ordinance summarized herein, at a meeting on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. At said meeting, Council shall consider enacting, and if appropriate, will take a vote on adopting "An Ordinance of the Borough of North Catasauqua, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, Amending Title Seven – Vehicles and Traffic." The proposed ordinance amends Title Seven, Article III relating to General Parking Regulations to add Section 703-9, titled "Blocking or Saving of Parking Spaces Prohibited." The proposed ordinance prohibits the placing of furniture, garbage cans, cones or any other item or items of any kind in any public street which in any way blocks, reserves, prevents, restricts, or impedes parking. It provides for the confiscation of such items, and it prescribes the penalties for violation of the ordinance.
