NOTICE TO BIDDERS Upper Macungie Township will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for the 2026 Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course project for approximately 40,860 SY. Sealed bids will be received until 9:00 AM (prevailing time) on June 1, 2026. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after the bid opening. Copies of the Specifications/Bid Forms are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Upper Macungie Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of PennDOT Pub. 408. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in an amount equal to the Contract Price and meeting PennDOT Pub. 408 Section 103.04 requirements. Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified per PennDOT Pub. 408 Section 102. Upper Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject, any or all Bids.
