Applicants are requesting a variance, under Section 403.D.9.b.2 of the Palmerton Borough Zoning Ordinance to exceed the allowable square footage of accessory buildings/structures at 1403 Mauch Chunk Road. The property is located in a PD (Planned Development) zoning district. The Zoning Hearing Board will take testimony and may deliberate and vote on this request during the hearing.
